Returns & Exchanges Policy Summary

We offer a 14 day returns period from the date of receipt.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely and securely, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel.

We are unable to accept returns where the goods or packaging has been used, lost, damaged or is otherwise not in the condition you received it in. Bikes must be returned in a securely packaged bike box.

If you would like us to arrange a collection via courier, then we can do so at a cost of £50. Should you fail to be present for an arranged collection, you will be charged £20 to rebook.

We will refund up to £10 for private postage of faulty or damaged items.

If you would like to exchange an item, we will happily send out a replacement product once the original has been returned.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method - this may take up to 10 days to appear depending on the method of payment. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are unable to offer a refund without proof of purchase.

We cannot accept returns without a completed returns form.

Signing for delivery receipt of items that have clearly been damaged by the courier is the responsibility of the receiver.

Items that are damaged during a return as a result of inadequate packaging will be declined and returned to you, or charged for.

Faulty Goods and Warranties

If the item that has been received is faulty, damaged or not as described then we will cover the cost of return postage (up to £10) and offer a refund or exchange. In these instances, we would always recommend using our own shipping services.

Important information to note about returning faulty, damaged or not-as-described items:

Pauls Cycles issue no warranties, all warranties are issued by manufacturers. For this reason, we may need to send your goods to the manufacturer for inspection before taking any action. Please see the relevant manufacturer's website for full warranty information.

Only products that are faulty, damaged or not as described by ourselves are eligible for returns/exchanges. If damage has been caused through wear and tear, improper care or some other factor beyond our control then it will not be covered.

Once a faulty item has been used, or if the packaging has been damaged it can still be returned to us, however, we - and the manufacturer - reserve the right to offer a repair, replacement or partial refund.

Remember it is your responsibility to ensure that returned items are packaged appropriately - any damage caused in transit [as a result of inadequate packaging] will be chargeable.

We cannot accept any cycle warranty claim or return for incorrect pedal fitment or damage to crank arms caused by incorrect pedal fitment as described in the helpsheet supplied with all of our bikes.

If the wheels on the bike you've ordered become untrue through use, or the gears need readjustment after initial use, this unfortunately not covered under warranty.

Whyte E-160 RS MX Enduro Electric Mountain Bike 2023 Lime/Black

Season:2023

Brand:Whyte

Code:E160RSMXGLSGRN

Designed to be the ultimate ‘charge it up and charge any trail’ e-bike, the Whyte e-160 resets the rules for all day, get on and go wild riding.

Whyte have matched their brand-new frame with a rail mounted maximum capacity 750Wh Bosch battery Bosch Performance Line CX motor and smart system control suite with SRAM’s wireless GX AXS shifting. That means race dominating power with all day range, modular display options, the complete ride Bosch eBike Flow app and the fastest, slickest, cleanest gearing available.

What really pushes Whyte's e-bikes to the next level according to multiple awards, top reviews and absolutely stoked riders is their Total Geometry ride dynamic. Their unique frame layout puts the centre of gravity lower and more centralised to combine unshakably gripped trail connection and instantly reactive, corner flicking, apex clipping geometry. Add the perfect Maxxis tyre combination, Fox Performance suspension custom tuned by a multiple UK series and National Enduro champion (Who is also Whyte's lead designer - Sam Shucksmith) and their own adjustable stroke dropper and you’re not going to find a better riding mid travel e-MTB. Especially as the RS runs an MX style 27.5in rear wheel as standard for the steeziest scrub and schralp heroics.

High power, low centre of gravity
The new 85Nm Performance Line CX drive unit and Bosch’s largest capacity 750Wh battery are positioned to give an ultra-low centre of gravity, delivering responsive and intuitive power with the most agile handling imaginable.

Tuned by the fastest racers
Whyte's Senior Design Engineer Sam Shucksmith, the current and two-time British Enduro Series Champion, is dedicated to researching and developing the ultimate suspension tune. He has set up the best, most optimised suspension performance for the e-160 to give you the best grip, confidence and control.

Whyte respectfully reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update bike specifications, features, prices and colours without prior notice.

Please note: Not all bikes come with pedals. It's always best to check specification before you place your order. Shop our Pedal collection.

Size Guides are a great way to help you find the right bike, but we always recommend visiting our store to view and sit on the bike in person where possible or speaking to our advice team.

This Size Guide is based on an average build, if you have shorter arms or longer legs for example you will need to consider this when purchasing a bike. If you are between sizes, we always recommend sizing down as a smaller bike can be made bigger with adjustments. Stem length, Saddle height, Handlebar width and even Crank length can be changed to achieve the ideal riding position. See here for our general bike sizing guide.
